Frequently asked questions and answers about us

1. How did you come up with your name? Well, you can consider it a family name! "Bunnies" is for my nickname, and "buggie" for my son's nickname! It's sort of a play on the old "Sugar and Spice" nursery rhyme as well.

2. How big is your company? We are 100% a family run company. We currently have three full-time employees and one part-time assistant. All emails, questions, and products are handled completely by us.

3. What types of payments do you accept? At this venue, we are able to accept online payments only, and we currently offer Paypal and Google Checkout. If you need special arrangements, please contact us about paying via USPS Money Order. Personal checks cannot be accepted.

4. Do you have a retail store also? Right now, we sell exclusively online in order to keep our costs low, which allows us to sell at a fair price to you. We are considering opening a retail location in the future.

5. How do you ship your items? We use the US Postal Service for 99% of all shipments, with most orders shipping via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Parcel Post. Large orders -over 20 pounds - will ship via UPS. All items are carefully packed for shipping, and we only use the best quality packing materials and shipping containers that are also cost effective to keep our shipping prices reasonable. We do recycle outer boxes for shipping to lower our impact on the environment as well.

6. How long will it take for me to receive my item? All shipments are shipped within 2 business days of payment received. After that, it is in the hands of the mail! Average delivery time for the Post Office is up to 5 days for First Class Mail, up to 10 days for Parcel Post, 2-3 days for Priority Mail, and next day for Express Mail. If you have a large order being shipped via UPS, average delivery time for their Ground service is about 5-7 business days. International delivery times vary widely by location it is being shipped to. We will provide you with delivery confirmation and/or tracking numbers whenever available.

7. How will I know my item has been shipped? We use online shipping for almost all orders, and a confirmation email will be sent to the address you have provided. Because International shipments must be taken to the Post Office in person, we will send our non-US buyers an email the day their item ships. You will also receive a personal email from us with your order details and any tracking/delivery confirmation information.

8. Where do you get your items? We have special contacts for our New items. Used items are accepted on consignment.

9. What is your return policy? Items may be returned for a full refund of purchase price AND shipping if an error was made on our part. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the items back in the condition they were sent in. NEW / NEW WITH TAGS items must be returned with tags still attached. We include measurements as needed on all clothing items to assist you in your purchases. To begin the return process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may issue you an RMA number. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the RMA number being issued.

10. How can I contact you if I have a question? We can be reached at all times at bunniesnbuggies@yahoo.com. Emails are always answered within 1 business day. If you have purchased an item and would like to reach us sooner, our phone number is included in the contact information provided to you. Business calls are accepted between 12pm (noon) and 6pm EST Monday through Friday.

11. Do you gift wrap? And, can I send my item as a gift to someone else? Yes, we do! Gift wrap services are available for a small fee in our store in a wide range of themes. Gift wrapping includes a professional-quality wrapping job, complete with ribbons and trimmings, and a brief note to your gift recipient. If you need gift services, please provide a note in your payment indicating which item(s) should be wrapped. Also, if sending as a gift, please be sure to include the recipient's name and address, and any custom message you would like included on their gift note.

12. How do you rate the condition of your items?

A guide to our grading system for clothing:

New with tags - Exactly as it sounds - brand new, with original tags (either retail or manufacturer's)

New without tags - New, but without a retail hang tag. Condition is usually indicated by another factor (such as spare button bag still attached)

Like new - Pristine, flawless condition. If we didn't tell you, you'd never know it's not new!

Excellent - Top quality condition, with absolutely no flaws and no more than the tiniest bit of normal wash wear.

Very Good - Might show light wash wear, slight fade, or a tiny flaw - any of which will be thoroughly noted in the description for you. Never will you find any significant flaws!

And that's it! We do not offer any products graded any less than Very Good condition, ever, guaranteed!
